Civitan is on the move! And so is Civitan International President Debbie Juhlke who is flying again to Ottawa to initiate our newest club and to visit with her friends in Civitan Canadian District East!

Please plan to attend the Charter of the New Centennial Civitan Club of Ottawa on Sunday September 25, 2016 at Greenboro Community Centre, 363 Lorry Greenberg Drive, in Ottawa. The event begins at 1:30 and finishes at 4 PM. Please RSVP to Civitan Lise Wright at 819-332-4644. Seating for approximately 60 extra Civitans so please book now. Please recognize the dedication and hard work of our club building team; Civitans Lise Wright, Ron Legge, Heather Legge, Mark Larabie and Governor Mark Wright, MST. This new club is cosponsored by the Aylmer Civitan club, President Nora Graham, and the Carleton Place & District Civitan club, President Ron Legge. It takes a community to build a new Civitan club.

Quinte Civitan Clubs Car, Bike and Tractor Show
Quinte Civitan Club Charter Celebration

On July 9, 2016 Quinte Civitan Club became the newest club in Civitan Canadian District East. Governor Mark Wright and Governor Elect Trish McConnell, welcomed the Charter Members of the Quinte Civitan Club and the club officers.
City of Belleville Councillor Garnet Thompson presented a certificate welcoming Quinte Civitan Club to the City of Belleville and stated that he was happy to see a club with such a long and rich history start in the city.
